Are all components brand new?
All components in Zenith PCs are brand new, except for processors (CPUs) and graphics cards (GPUs), which may be pre-owned or refurbished. For more details, please refer to our Component Guide page.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Occasionally, we release coupon codes to Zenith partners. We always provide a 5% discount for students, teachers, healthcare workers, and first responders. To receive a discount code, please message us a proof of eligibility on our Support page.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, send us a cancellation request with your order number on our Support page within the 24-hour window.
