Overview
At Zenith, we take pride in delivering exceptional custom PCs at incredible prices. To achieve this, we've developed an automated sourcing system that connects us with suppliers across the US, matching performance requirements to real-time component pricing. This ensures we provide maximum value for every single Zenith build.
While our system is highly accurate, occasionally a component may be out of stock despite showing as available. When this happens, we automatically upgrade you to a more powerful in-stock component at no additional cost. If no suitable upgrade is available, we will provide you with a full refund and a discount on your next order.
Overview
Due to the complexity of our sourcing process and the specialized nature of custom builds, we cannot accept returns on non-defective systems. However, we provide a 24-hour grace period after placing your order to cancel for a full refund. After this period, returns are only accepted for documented defects or issues with your PC.
This policy allows us to maintain our competitive pricing while ensuring every customer receives exactly what they ordered.
Eligibility for a Refund
A refund may be issued only if:
- Your purchase does not arrive.
- Your product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Your product significantly differs from the specifications of your build.
How to Submit a Claim
1. Contact Us
Your message must include:
- Your order number
- A detailed explanation of the issue
- Clear photos and or videos of the product and packaging showing the problem
2. Claim Review -
Our support team will assess your claim and determine if a return is necessary.
3. Return Authorization -
If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Process
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping
- Drop off the package at FedEx, UPS, or USPS, retaining the drop-off receipt as proof of shipment
- Ensure the return label is used without alteration and that the package weight remains the same to verify contents
Refund Conditions and Fees
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product
- If your claim cannot be verified upon inspection, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, along with return shipping costs
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval

Current Policy
At this time, Zenith does not offer a dedicated warranty for our custom PC builds. However, all individual components sourced for your build are covered by their respective manufacturer or retailer warranties. If you encounter an issue with a component, we recommend reaching out directly to the manufacturer or the retailer where it was purchased.
